The Vehicle Damage department is evolving and you can actively help shape this change. In this versatile role, you work closely with management and the leadership team, contribute your ideas, and take responsibility for various topics. You can expect an exciting combination of organisation, coordination, and conceptual work with room for initiative.

What you achieve

• You support the Vehicle Damage management and leadership team with strategic, operational, and organisational matters and prepare decision-making bases
• You coordinate projects and cross-departmental initiatives, keep an overview, and ensure that agreed measures are implemented
• You accompany the further development of the Vehicle Damage department and contribute your ideas to the design of new processes and ways of working
• You prepare management meetings and presentations and provide valuable impulses for the control of the department with well-founded analyses and meaningful reports
• You organise workshops, events, and leadership occasions and promote efficient collaboration among those involved

What you bring

• A higher education (HF, FH, university or equivalent) as well as experience in management assistance, staff function, or a comparable role
• A good understanding of management and organisational processes as well as enjoyment of versatile and demanding tasks
• Organisational talent, analytical thinking skills, and an independent, reliable, and forward-looking working style
• A good sense of urgency and the ability to keep an overview and set priorities correctly even with diverse tasks
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
• Initiative and communication skills as well as the ability to drive topics forward decisively and help shape change
