Our client is an established Swiss service company in the real estate sector and supports owners with comprehensive specialist services related to real estate. The company combines profound real estate knowledge with practical advice and a high standard of quality and customer orientation.

Responsibilities:
You accompany sales mandates from the initial consultation to completion and are the central contact person for owners and potential buyers.
With targeted sales activities, you ensure successful positioning and marketing of properties and guide interested parties through viewings.
You take on the negotiation leadership and ensure smooth organisation of notarial certifications.
You use existing customer relationships purposefully for the marketing of additional services and business expansion.
You develop and coordinate marketing activities around the properties to be marketed.
Qualifications:
You have a vocational qualification, a Matura or a university degree and have additionally specialised in real estate.
Several years of professional experience in real estate sales is essential; the position is explicitly aimed at experienced professionals.
Your demeanour is curious, communicative and reliable, while you maintain an overview even with multiple simultaneous tasks.
An independent, reliable and customer-oriented working style as well as willingness to travel regionally distinguish you.
You have very good German and English skills for the role.
