Your Tasks
- First point of contact for customers
- Telephone response to customer enquiries in German and French
- Professional advice on invoices, payments and fees
- Answering questions about mobile payment solutions such as Apple Pay and Samsung Pay
- Competent, friendly and solution-oriented handling of customer concerns
- Early recognition of customer needs
- Active offering of suitable additional services with real added value
- Flexible working hours from Monday to Sunday between 07:00 and 23:00
Your Profile
- Experience in customer service or contact centre
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact
- Fluent German and French skills (at least C1)
- Very good understanding of Swiss German
- Good Italian and/or English skills are an advantage
- Strong multitasking ability
- Confident handling of a technically demanding work environment
- Ability to recognise customer needs and offer suitable additional services
- Flexibility for shift work and irregular working hours
- Team spirit, resilience and willingness to learn
