Automotive After-Sales Advisor

For one of our partners, a renowned garage in the Chablais region, we are looking for an Automotive After-Sales Advisor.

• Reception & Advice: You ensure active reception, warm welcome, and personalised advice to customers.

• Organisation & Scheduling: You manage appointment booking and optimal planning of workshop tasks.

• Administrative Management: You handle the preparation, follow-up, and invoicing of files, as well as the drafting of quotes.

• Customer Loyalty: You become the trusted contact for your clients.

• Training: Ideally, you hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in the automotive sector.

• Experience: You have several years of experience in a similar role.

• Languages: You are a native French speaker and have excellent knowledge of German and English (B2).

• Soft Skills: You possess a strong sense of hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.
