CNC & Assembly Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Responsibility for setting up and optimising CNC machining centres (3- and 4-axis) in series production
• Programming, setting up and accompanying new products as well as manufacturing processes
• Setting up and supervising assembly systems and laser welding processes
• Technical support for employees in case of malfunctions, process deviations and production problems
• Analysis and continuous optimisation of quality, productivity and manufacturing processes
• Ensuring smooth production operations within the area of responsibility
• Participation in the implementation of new manufacturing technologies and process improvements
• Deputising for the assembly management during absences
• Coordination and organisation of the operational day-to-day business in assembly

Your Profile

• Completed technical basic training, preferably as a polymechanic
• Several years of experience in CNC programming and setting up CNC machines
• Sound knowledge of manufacturing technology and process optimisation
• Experience in an industrial production environment
• Knowledge of assembly processes is an advantage
• Experience in laser welding is desirable
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
• High quality awareness as well as pronounced problem-solving skills
• Good organisational skills and team orientation
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
