Team Leader: Night Shift Pastry Sales Dough Panofina
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the required quality of products on the lines
- Independent action during the night shift, balancing responsibility and competencies
- Leading and instructing employees during the night shift
- Planning personnel resources according to specifications and demand planning by AVOR
- Compliance with hygiene regulations and safety standards
Requirements
- Experience in the food industry and initial leadership experience
- Willingness to work permanent night shifts and weekends/public holidays
- Quick comprehension, interconnected thinking and good German skills
- High reliability, conscientiousness and quick comprehension
