Role:
In this role, you will immerse yourself in the world of accounting and finance and shape efficient processes with your expertise. You will take on the careful posting of business transactions and contribute to the preparation of evaluations and financial statements. You are responsible for the precise maintenance of master data as well as the control of payment flows and open items. In addition, you support the optimisation of financial processes and bring your own ideas for continuous improvement. With your reliable and structured way of working, you make an important contribution to transparent and meaningful financial figures.
Responsibilities:
- You check and post creditor invoices via the ordering system
- You prepare weekly creditor payments in CHF and foreign currencies via DTA
- As an accounting and finance assistant, you apply for and prepare advance payment, performance, value and warranty guarantees for customer companies
- In this role, you actively participate in the preparation of monthly financial statements
- You advise and support the team as well as the branches in technical matters
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial basic training with experience in financial accounting
- Further training as a financial and accounting clerk successfully completed or at an advanced stage
- Confident handling of Excel and proficient use of formulas and evaluations
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or comparable ERP systems
- Structured, reliable and careful way of working with numbers
- Enjoyment of varied tasks in finance and accounting
