What is my role?

• Active participation in the dispatch team for freight traffic

• Organisation and planning of transport routes as well as coordination of drivers and vehicles

• Ensuring punctual deliveries to customers

• Continuous monitoring and control of all transport processes

• First point of contact for drivers during the tour for queries or arising difficulties

• Coordination of delivery dates in direct communication with customers

• Maintenance of transport documentation

• Intensive cooperation with the main dispatch

What do I need to be successful?

• Experience in dispatch, ideally in the freight sector

• Organisational talent and the ability to keep an overview even in stressful situations

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in contact with drivers and customers

• Confident handling of dispatch software and MS Office

• Team spirit and an independent working style

• Good German language skills, both spoken and written

• Willingness to work shifts and flexible working hours
