Your mission

In this key role, you are the quality conscience at the interface between engineering, production, and service. You ensure that the high Swiss quality standards do not only exist on paper but are lived in every component and every process. Your added value: You secure market approval and customer satisfaction in a highly regulated, future-critical sector of the energy transition.

 

Your responsibilities

• System maintenance: Active support in the further development of the Integrated Management System (IMS) according to ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.

• Audit management: Accompanying internal and external audits as well as preparation for recertifications.

• Test equipment monitoring: Ensuring precision through the verification of test and working equipment.

• Error culture: Active participation in complaint management to sustainably avoid errors.

• Documentation: Creation and maintenance of process descriptions as well as precise QM reports.

• Optimisation: Participation in CIP projects (Continuous Improvement Process).

What qualifications are required?

• Foundation: Completed technical basic training (e.g. mechanical engineer, plant and apparatus builder or similar).

• Expertise: Practical experience in quality management as well as knowledge of common ISO standards (9001/14001/45001).

• Working method: High degree of personal responsibility, structured approach, and an eye for detail.

• Languages: Business fluent German and good English skills for international correspondence.

• Mobility: Willingness to travel for occasional assignments within Europe (max. 10%).
