IT Workplace Engineer (m/f/d)
Our partner is an innovative boutique with exclusive and individual solutions in corporate and residential sectors. With their expert team, they always configure a tailor-made solution. They bring buildings to life with the latest technology and techniques.
Responsibilities:
Recording and processing of customer enquiries as well as developing suitable solutions
Active development of solutions and evaluation of new products and technologies
Research and integration of relevant information to optimise customer support
Recording and implementation of professional and technical project requirements
Qualifications:
Completed computer science degree and at least 3 years of professional experience with Microsoft and Apple operating systems for servers and clients
Solid knowledge in Microsoft Azure administration, ideally with certification, as well as in Microsoft 365
Comprehensive knowledge of network and cloud infrastructures as well as experience with Synology
Very good German skills and good English skills, both spoken and written
