On behalf of several companies active in the canton of Fribourg, we are looking for qualified and experienced masons (M/F).

Your main tasks

• Masonry and construction:

  • Assembly of walls in bricks, cement blocks, ashlar stones and prefabricated elements.

  • Execution of structural masonry, partitioning and facing.

• Finishing and renovation:

  • Application of coatings, laying screeds, cementing, jointing and finishing.

  • Renovation, transformation, demolition and remediation work on existing structures.

• Setting out and preparation:

  • Reading execution plans, marking out and levelling works.

  • Preparation of mortars, concrete and binders according to the technical specifications of the site.

• Safety and organisation:

  • Strict compliance with safety rules (SUVA) and maintaining a clean and safe workplace.

Your profile

• Experience: Proven experience of at least 1 year on new construction or renovation sites in Switzerland.

• Technical skills: Mastery of various traditional masonry techniques, plan reading and use of site machinery and tools.

• Abilities: Autonomy, rigour, team spirit, precision and good physical condition.

• Mobility: Driving licence (Category B) and personal vehicle highly desired.

• Equipment: Possession of your own basic personal protective equipment (PPE).
