What is my role?

• Responsibility for managing schedules and costs as well as initiating corrective measures in case of plan deviations

• Conducting tenders, award procedures and contract negotiations with contractors

• Ensuring quality standards according to the project manual and internal company guidelines

• Leading construction meetings and contractor discussions as well as ensuring complete documentation

• Coordinating acceptance processes and handling warranty services

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed basic construction training, for example as a draughtsman specialising in architecture

• Further training as a federally certified construction manager or HF technician in construction planning

• Several years of professional experience in construction execution, preferably in turnkey or general contractor projects

• Entrepreneurial mindset and independent, responsible working style

• High awareness of cost, schedule and quality management

• Confident handling of common construction administration software such as PROVIS
