About the job
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing watch casing components
- Good knowledge of programming on FANUC controls
- Experience in grinding, lapping and satin finishing CNC in the watchmaking sector (an asset)
- Mastery of control equipment and plan reading
- Rigour, organisational skills and team spirit
- Set up and adjust 3 and 5 axis CNC machining centres (WM, Fanuc Robodrill and Bumotec)
- Work on the manufacture of prototypes, small and medium series
- Carry out dimensional and aesthetic self-checks of produced parts
- Participate in preventive maintenance and machine upkeep
- Engage in continuous improvement by proposing manufacturing methods and tooling realisation
