Tasks

• Processing documents from the Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act (SchKG): enforcement/continuation/realisation/legal opening/loss certificate
• Telephone and occasional counter service (foreign languages can be used)
• Creating instalment agreements and granting deferrals
• Printing reminders / processing reminder returns
• Processing physical and electronic mail
• Processing loss certificates and subsequent forwarding to other specialist groups
• Making write-offs

Requirements

• Commercial training
• Experience in debt collection/SchKG
• Independent file management and work organisation
• Process-oriented and structured way of working
• Assertiveness and decision-making
• Strong communication skills, especially on the phone
• Team-oriented, reliable and balanced
