FOR OUR SITE IN VILLARS-SUR-GLÂNE, WE ARE LOOKING FOR A:

Directly reporting to the Quality/Metrology/Safety Manager, your mission will be as follows:

Ensure supplier follow-up to control the quality of supplied products as well as the production of products internally, from the project phase to validation by clients.

Your main tasks will be to:

• Create and monitor control chart plans
• Audit products and internal processes according to VDA 6.3 & 6.5 standards
• Ensure qualification of new suppliers
• Perform initialisation, verification and approval of suppliers' EMPB / PPAP
• Coordinate control activities with our subsidiary in China
• Manage complaints
• Organise and manage sorting following supplier complaints
• Forward client complaints to the relevant suppliers and ensure follow-up
• Monitor feasibility analyses and industrialisation of JESA products
• Create monitoring plans
• Prepare EMPB / PPAP for our clients
• Provide cross-functional support to the Metrology department and other company services during peak activity periods
• Support JESA production departments in continuous improvement efforts
• Key User SPC

Your profile:

• Higher education as an ES technician in microtechnology or polymechanics or equivalent, with proven experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, VDA 6.3 and APQP processes
• Knowledge of quality methodologies and tools (FMEA, 8D, PDCA, 5 why, Ishikawa, etc.)
• Good knowledge of metrology practices and good IT skills
• Good skills in German and English
• Programming of coordinate measuring machines (PC-Dmis), a plus
• Experience in the automotive sector, a plus
• Analytical mindset and proactive approach in continuous improvement
