HVAC Project Manager M/F/D

Are you an expert in HVAC engineering looking for a challenge that matches your ambitions? We are recruiting for one of our partners, a key company in the Lausanne region, an HVAC Project Manager to oversee large-scale operations.

Far from a mere supervisory role, you position yourself as the strategic, technical, and financial leader of your projects!

Your playground:

• Design & Engineering: You handle the technical analysis, sizing, and overall study of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

• Project Management: You manage the entire cycle, from the study of tender documents to final delivery to clients, ensuring the cost-time-quality triad.

• Partner Relations: You are the central contact point for clients, consulting engineering firms, and architects. You propose, cost, and validate the best technical alternatives.

• Operational Coordination: You supervise internal draftsmen-designers and lead installation teams on site for flawless execution.

• Financial Management: You keep an eye on budgets, monitor the profitability of your projects, and validate invoicing.

• Education: You hold a HES Engineer degree in thermal/HVAC engineering, a federal project manager certificate, or an equivalent qualification.

• Experience: You have proven yourself over several years managing HVAC projects, with a very good knowledge of the economic fabric of French-speaking Switzerland.

• Technical Skills: Compliance with SIA directives and standards holds no secrets for you, and you master calculation software as well as AutoCAD.

• Personal Skills: Organised and rigorous, your natural leadership allows you to unite your teams and stay on course despite unforeseen events.

• Communication & Travel: Your command of the French language is impeccable and you hold a driving licence to regularly visit sites.
