Customer Service Specialist (a)
Your tasks:
- Competent support and handling of customer concerns by phone and email, including complaints, returns and credit notes
- Preparation of offers as well as independent processing and coordination of standard and special orders, including promotional and advertising items
- Expert advice and support for sales partners, specialist dealers and retail customers in various European markets
- You act as an important interface between customers, field service and internal teams
- Ensuring careful data maintenance as well as supporting daily business with organisational skill
- You actively contribute to projects and the continuous optimisation of processes
Your profile:
- Commercial background with initial experience in customer service, internal sales or similar
- Confident German language skills as well as good communication skills in English and French
- Affinity for ERP systems and digital processes; experience with Comarch ERP is a plus
- Motivation to contribute to an internationally successful company
- Committed personality with a hands-on mentality, team spirit and high initiative
