Employee Final Inspection (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Setting up, operating and monitoring production equipment in the field of fibre optic cables
- Provision and control of the required materials according to the production order
- Monitoring the ongoing production process and carrying out process corrections if necessary
- Performing self-checks and quality inspections during production
- Final inspection of fibre optic cables using measurement and testing methods (e.g. OTDR measurements)
- Release or blocking of products according to quality specifications
- Creation and documentation of test and measurement results as well as factory test certificates
- Ensuring timely delivery of inspected products to warehouse or shipping
- Management and monitoring of testing equipment
- Participation in ensuring orderliness, cleanliness and compliance with quality and safety regulations
Your Profile
- Completed technical or manual basic training is an advantage
- Several years of experience in a production or industrial company
- Experience in operating production equipment is an advantage
- Technical understanding, good comprehension and analytical thinking skills
- Careful, independent and quality-conscious working style
- Team-oriented, reliable and resilient personality with a high sense of responsibility
- Good physical condition for handling cable reels
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
