This is what your daily routine looks like
- At the heart of it: You are the first point of contact for answering complex service questions in the Outpatient department.
- You represent the interests of our division with conviction – actively participating in specialist meetings and working groups, and enthusiastically advocating for constructive solutions.
- Exchanging with stakeholders and specialist departments such as claims assessment, service procurement, or legal services further enriches your daily work.
- You also keep an overview behind the scenes: with great care, you keep our specialist databases up to date.
- You conduct quality assurance with great commitment and an eye for detail. You are also motivated by getting to know other specialist areas.
This is what you bring
- First and foremost: Your several years of professional experience in the service area of a health insurance company serve as the foundation for this exciting role.
- Your paramedical or commercial basic training with appropriate further education forms a solid basis – we are open to both.
- Do you have further training in social insurance or are you currently undergoing such training? That would definitely be a plus!
- You express yourself well in German (spoken and written). Perhaps you even master French or Italian?
- Teamwork means more than just collaboration to you; it is genuine togetherness. At the same time, you appreciate being able to act independently in your position.
Good reasons - typical CSS
- Work flexibly: Adjust your work annually to your lifestyle - with part-time options and other flexible models such as home office and more.
- Choose your holiday model: 5 or 6 weeks of holiday? Your decision. Accordingly, you work 41 or 42 hours per week.
- Stay fit: Ergonomic workplaces, promotion of mental well-being, and many other offers around your health.
- Get socially involved: Life is good to you? Then share your happiness with others and broaden your horizons alone or as a team.
