ZurichYour Tasks
- You are responsible for ensuring basic care as well as supporting residents with everyday matters during the night.
- You enforce the house rules and intervene in conflict situations.
- You conduct regular rounds in and around the accommodation, are responsible for and ensure safety in the accommodation at all times.
- You are the first point of contact in emergency situations.
- You are also responsible for passing on relevant information and for keeping the report.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training EFZ, EBA and at least two years of professional experience, ideally in care
- Flexibility, resilience, assertiveness and ability to work in a team
- Professional approach in shaping a working relationship (closeness/distance)
- Very good written and spoken German skills (at least level C1) as well as additional language skills such as Dari, Pashto, Ukrainian or Russian are an advantage
- Good MS Office user skills

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 60,000 and 80,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
