Mission

• As the deputy manager of the Convenience/Meat department, your goal is to offer a pleasant shopping experience to customers.
• You regularly take care of restocking to ensure constant product availability.
• You respond to our customers' questions competently and friendly.
• As part of the team, you willingly assist colleagues from other sectors.
• In the absence of your direct superior, you assume responsibility for the department.

Required skills

• You have completed initial training as a butcher-charcutier (m/f/d), butcher, meat salesperson, or cook (m/f/d).
• Your professional experience in traditional butchery is an advantage.
• You are always fully committed to customer service.
• You have excellent command of French, both written and spoken.
• You are comfortable with new IT tools.
• Flexibility regarding working hours is not a problem for you.
