From pralines, truffles and chocolate specialties, our viennoiseries, our wide range of sandwiches, a large selection of breads, to our seasonal entremets, and even our homemade ice creams, everyone can enjoy themselves in our tea-room located in the centre of Morges, or take away! We are looking for a passionate Pastry Chef / Confectioner to join our dynamic team.

Your responsibilities

• Prepare and make pastries, viennoiseries and confectionery according to the company’s recipes and quality standards.
• Create and innovate new recipes to surprise and delight our customers.
• Ensure the neat presentation of products in the display cabinet.
• Manage raw material stocks and ensure their proper preservation.
• Comply with current hygiene and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to guarantee smooth and efficient production.

Your profile

• Holder of a CFC or equivalent recognised training in pastry and/or confectionery.
• Proven experience in a similar position, ideally in Switzerland.
• Passion for the art of pastry and confectionery, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creativity and desire to innovate while respecting traditions.
• Good stress management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
