What is my role?

• Your area of responsibility is based on your previous experience and your personal development goals

• Depending on experience, you will increasingly take on independent client management and be in direct contact with clients

• You work directly with management and benefit from short decision-making paths

• You work with modern, digital processes, including EBICS bank connections, fully digital accounting, and a high degree of automation

• Besides daily business, there are always smaller and larger projects where you can contribute your own ideas and take responsibility

• You are given space to question existing processes and jointly develop better and more efficient solutions

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed commercial basic training, preferably in the trust sector

• Initial to several years of professional experience in the Swiss trust industry

• Ideally further training in the trust sector, for example the trust specialist certificate, or willingness to complete such training

• Enjoyment of digital work and interest in trying out new solutions and ways of working

• Willingness to question existing processes and recognise potential for improvement

• Independent, careful and reliable working style

• Enjoyment of direct contact with clients

• Fluent German skills; English skills are an advantage due to the international clientele
