The Psychiatric Services Thurgau (PDT) consist of the Psychiatric Clinic Münsterlingen, the Outpatient Adult Psychiatry and the Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Service. The PDT belong to the successful Spital Thurgau AG with over 4100 employees. Company locations are in Münsterlingen, Weinfelden, Kreuzlingen, Frauenfeld and Romanshorn. Your tasks
- As an FMG intern, you will care for and support our patients in everyday clinical life and assist with nursing. You will work in a team with qualified nursing professionals, health specialists (FaGe) and trainees from nursing professions.
- Within your area of competence, you will perform tasks such as nursing activities (e.g. assisting with personal care), nursing technical assignments (e.g. blood pressure / pulse checks), daily living support as well as domestic, logistical and administrative duties.
- As an FMG intern, you make an important contribution to promoting or maintaining the health and well-being of patients.
What you bring
- You enjoy working in a team
- You are reliable and responsible
- You are physically and mentally resilient
- You are interested in the field of psychiatry and working in nursing
- You have completed the FMS at the Fachmittelschule Frauenfeld or Romanshorn
- You have attended the five-week preparatory course at BfGS
- You are familiar in detail with the present criteria catalogue "nursing skills" for the internship
