Looking to strengthen our team, Boschung Mecatronic is recruiting a Product Manager Software. As a Product Manager Software at Boschung, you will play a key role in bridging customer needs with innovative digital solutions, guiding projects from concept to delivery, and ensuring our products continue to set the benchmark for quality and performance.

Your tasks

Define and establish a clear product strategy with a long-term vision.

Conduct market research and analyze the needs of potential and existing customers.

Generate, develop, and validate innovative product ideas.

Creation of the specifications document for the customer-specific software development team, ensuring all functional and technical requirements are captured.

Act as the primary interface between the customer and the customer-specific software development team, ensuring requirements are clearly communicated, expectations are aligned, and progress is tracked throughout the project lifecycle.

Own and manage the digital product roadmap in close collaboration with management, sales, and marketing teams.

Actively support sales and marketing activities with product-related insights, positioning, and messaging.

Your profile

University degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field, along with relevant experience in the IT sector (technical and/or managerial).

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Product Manager or in a comparable role.

Strong customer orientation, with a focus on user-centered design and responsiveness to customer feedback.

Excellent analytical, conceptual, and prioritization skills.

Passionate about building and managing outstanding products.

Fluent in German, French and English.
