Your Tasks

• Independent execution of nursing measures for clients at home
• Case management responsibility: You plan, coordinate and evaluate the nursing process
• Active collaboration with other professional groups and relatives
• Organisation of your shifts within the framework of a two-shift system (day/evening shifts)
• Responsibility for correct service recording and documentation

Our Requirements

• Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH
• Experience in Spitex or in acute/long-term care
• Independent, solution-oriented and reliable personality
• High customer orientation and enjoyment of working in an outpatient environment
• Good computer skills and driving licence category B
