Automotive Mechatronics Technician/Specialist with Apprentice Responsibility 100% (m/f)
Your Tasks
- Coordination and organisation of the apprentice selection process
- Organisation and management of internal inter-company courses
- Maintaining contacts with AGVS, vocational school, final apprenticeship examination commission, etc.
- General support of apprentices
- Maintaining contact with the parents or guardians of the apprentices
- Company contact person for occupational safety (KOPAS)
- Responsible for training and instruction on accident prevention and occupational safety topics
- Carrying out all repair, service and diagnostic work on Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles
Your Profile
- Completed training as an automotive specialist or automotive mechatronics technician for commercial vehicles
- Experience in dealing with apprentices; further training as a vocational trainer is an advantage
- Driving licence category B mandatory, category C or willingness to obtain it desired
- Enjoy working precisely in mechanical, electrotechnical and electronic areas
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working and approach
- Team player, highly flexible and committed as well as resilient
