For our client, we are seeking an experienced and technically skilled individual to strengthen the repair and maintenance team. In this varied role, you will work on modern track construction machinery and rail vehicles, contributing your expertise to ensure their reliable operational readiness.

Construction Machinery Mechanic (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Carrying out mechanical repairs, overhauls and adjustments on track construction machinery and rail vehicles
• Assembly and overhaul of mechanical components, assemblies and modules
• Working according to technical drawings, schematics and documentation
• Performing functional tests on assembled units
• Supporting simple electrical tasks within the scope of repairs and overhauls
• Assisting with commissioning and acceptance of machines
• Conducting fault analyses and resolving technical malfunctions
• Willingness to provide on-call duty and telephone support outside regular working hours

Your Profile

• Completed training as a construction machinery mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, truck mechanic or polymechanic with a specialisation in maintenance
• Several years of experience in assembly, repair and overhaul work
• Good knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
• Team-oriented and communicative personality
• Good command of German, both spoken and written
• MS Office skills are an advantage
• Driving licence category B is mandatory
