Responsibilities:
You manage central company applications throughout their entire lifecycle and ensure reliable and secure operation.
You analyse business needs, prioritise optimisations, and coordinate their implementation together with business, IT, and external specialists.
You control fault resolution, adjustments, version changes, and technical developments while keeping dependencies and impacts in view.
You lead external technology and support partners and ensure professional service quality as well as transparent performance management.
You accompany new applications and digital solutions from evaluation through introduction to handover into regulated operation.
Qualifications:
You have a qualification or degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field.
You bring several years of experience as an Application Manager, Service Manager or Application Owner.
You are familiar with modern enterprise applications, integrations, cloud services, and typical operating models.
You have experience with incident, problem, change, and release processes, ideally with ITIL and agile working methods.
You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented and communicate confidently in German and English.
