About the job

Your role

At the heart of our production tool, you directly contribute to the quality, pace, and performance of our productions.

Your responsibilities

Set up and manage productions on our various presses (Direct Drive and friction)

Control the manufacturing pace and ensure performance on high-volume productions

Master and adjust the parameters of the pressing process (lubrication, billet temperature, and striking energy)

Check the quality of pressed parts, identify defects, and adjust production parameters accordingly

Optimise campaign changes by applying SMED principles

Diagnose tooling issues and perform first-level maintenance of workstations

Ensure the restoration of the production station at the end of the series

Manage consumables necessary for production autonomously, including preparation and control of greases

Perform self-inspection, record production and quality tracking data

Work closely with other departments to ensure smoothness and performance of operations

Your profile

Proven experience in industrial pressing (non-ferrous materials)

Excellent mastery of setting and operating presses (Direct Drive and/or friction)

Very good understanding of processes and striking conditions

Ability to read and analyse a pressed part, identify defects, and make necessary corrections

Good knowledge of tooling and ability to perform technical diagnostics

Comfortable with common IT tools, especially Excel and Word

Autonomous, rigorous, and performance-oriented
