Construction Foreman m/f in Bern

Area of responsibility:

• Your area of responsibility is the independent and professional management of construction sites in commercial, industrial and residential construction
• Scheduling of personnel and inventory deployment
• Organisation and coordination of construction processes
• Material calculation as well as orders and reporting
• Responsibility for quality and occupational safety on the construction site
• Customer-oriented and courteous interaction with the client

Profile:

• You are a certified foreman or have an equivalent qualification
• as well as several years of professional experience in commercial building construction.
• You work performance- and solution-oriented and are a doer.
• You are a team player and creative.
• You are independent and can motivate your employees well.
• You have a good command of the German language, both spoken and written.
• You are flexible and resilient
• You hold a category B driving licence

 

Job details:

• Type of employment: Permanent position (temporarily possible on request)
• Start date: Immediately or by arrangement
• Workload: Full-time (part-time possible by arrangement)
