Your tasks:

• Management of the general and subsidiary ledgers in compliance with business management principles and valuation guidelines according to the Code of Obligations for various companies and profit centres
  
• Independent preparation of weekly and monthly reports as well as execution of closing tasks
  
• Active participation in the budgeting process and financial planning
  
• Responsibility for tasks in receivables management
  
• Correspondence with tax authorities and handling of tax-related enquiries
  
• Contribution to the optimisation and digitalisation of financial processes and internal workflows
  

Your profile

• Solid further education in accounting and confident in closing according to the Code of Obligations (CO)
  
• Several years of professional experience in a similar role with broad expertise in finance and accounting
  
• Very good Excel skills; experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI is an advantage
  
• Confident handling of digital applications as well as a strong affinity for digitalisation and optimisation of workflows
  
• Good knowledge of Swiss debt enforcement and bankruptcy law (SchKG)
  
• Structured, precise and punctual working style, combined with interconnected thinking and quick comprehension
  
• High sense of responsibility, discretion and reliability in handling confidential information
  
• Openness to technology and motivation to actively engage in change processes and further developments
