Your Area of Responsibility

• Varied product presentation: With your creativity, you implement an attractive and sales-promoting product presentation
• Optimal product disposition: Thanks to your strong sense of responsibility, you ensure a consistently high sales readiness
• Coordinate the team: Support in personnel management, deployment planning, and work organisation
• Efficient stock management: You bring innovative approaches and thus promote systematics and sustainability
• Optimise store appearance: With a trained eye, you ensure an appealing and sales-promoting store image
• Deputy leadership: In the absence of the branch manager, you keep the branch on course and lead by example with a "hands-on mentality"

Your Profile

• Education: Completed training in retail
• Professional experience: Initial experience in a leadership position or its deputy
• Sales personality: Resilient, service-oriented, and entrepreneurial flair
• Team player: Solution-oriented, reliable, helpful, and flexible
• Commitment: Engaged and inspiring, responsible, and independent
• Enthusiasm: With your passion for retail, we go the extra mile together
