Application Manager SAP IS-H / Healthcare (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the application operation and further development of SAP Healthcare / IS-H including SAP Fiori.
Support for the areas of patient administration, patient management and billing.
Participation in the group-wide standardisation of the SAP Healthcare system landscape, including possible technical sub-project management.
Coordination of 2nd-level support, conducting functional tests and technical implementation of tariff and contractual requirements.
Creation of technical and professional concepts as well as collaboration in requirements management with specialist departments and customers.
Qualifications:
SAP IS-H / Healthcare: Several years of practical experience or solid power-user knowledge in billing and patient administration.
Project experience: Knowledge in the implementation and standardisation of systems and processes is an advantage.
Education: Commercial or IT degree; further education in business informatics HF/FH started or completed is an advantage.
Skills: Strong process understanding, solution-oriented working style, quick comprehension and high service orientation.
Languages: Excellent written and spoken German, very good English skills and good spoken French skills.
