What you achieve
- You advise departments and product management on content issues and ensure compliance with existing guidelines.
- You identify optimisation potentials and initiate adjustments to the content guidelines.
- You maintain, manage, and publish content in the CMS Sitecore.
- You implement personalised user journeys, design emailings, and send trigger mails.
- You are responsible for bug management including recording, tracking, and retesting.
- You plan, conduct, and analyse A/B tests to optimise content and user experience.
- You work closely with various internal stakeholders and ensure high-quality and timely implementation of digital content.
What you bring
- You have experience in content management and digital communication.
- You bring project management skills and control editorial processes in GatherContent.
- You have a good understanding of SEO / GEO as well as customer-centred user and content experience.
- Digital trends and new technologies excite you and you actively follow their development.
- You have a feel for visual communication, imagery, and the effective design of digital content.
- You coordinate different stakeholders confidently and convince with your clear and effective communication.
- You think conceptually, work solution-oriented, and have a high implementation strength.
