Responsibilities:
You accompany Swiss companies in the introduction and further development of Abacus AbaBau and ensure a suitable mapping of their business processes.
You examine existing workflows, identify optimisation potentials, and translate requirements into practical digital solutions.
You manage your own client mandates or projects and accompany the implementation from the first analysis to successful introduction.
You plan and moderate workshops, conduct user training, and support employees in the introduction of the new systems.
You work directly on site with the customer and ensure that the deployed solutions create concrete added value for construction processes.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education and further training in business administration at HF/FH level or a comparable qualification from the construction industry.
You are interested in digitalisation and modern software solutions and at the same time have a good understanding of workflows in construction.
Ideally, you know Abacus or have already worked with another ERP system.
You can analyse business processes, record requirements in a structured manner, and document them clearly.
You communicate confidently with different contact persons and can explain complex software topics clearly.
