- Help shape the future of the forest and wood sector: design and implement key measures of the Federal Council’s Comprehensive Strategy for Forest and Wood 2050 for the Swiss forestry economy
- Build links between practice, research, politics and administration: promote close collaboration between cantons, associations, other federal offices and higher education institutions
- Turn data into concrete concepts: analyse and interpret forestry economic data, develop decision-making bases, as well as provide technical monitoring and facilitate working groups
What makes you unique
- Holder of a university degree (ETH, university or university of applied sciences, bachelor or master) in forestry sciences with a specialisation in business management or economics; professional experience is an asset
- You successfully complete your projects: experience in project management, goal orientation, efficiency
- You have a sense of responsibility, organisation and service delivery and enjoy teamwork: ability to understand divergent interests and perspectives
- Ideally, knowledge of public administration, experience related to associations, understanding of political processes and economic interdependencies
