For our client, a Swiss company producing innovative medical devices based on fibre optics, used in phototherapy, we are looking for a Product Engineer at 100% for a permanent contract.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You structure, update and maintain the technical files of medical devices in strict compliance with the European MDR regulation
• You ensure the follow-up of design documentation and ensure its consistency throughout the product life cycle
• You prepare regulatory compliance elements for several international markets in coordination with internal teams
• You collect and consolidate data from production, R&D, clinical service and quality control to enrich the files
• You contribute to the writing and updating of procedures, forms and quality instructions
• You actively participate in internal and external audits
• You explore and integrate artificial intelligence tools to automate data extraction, improve document writing and detect inconsistencies

You offer your new employer

• You are a HES or EPF engineer in microtechnology or have an equivalent qualification
• Ideally, you have already worked in an ISO 13485 certified environment or in a highly regulated industry
• You are fluent in French and English, both spoken and written, with a C1 level required in both languages
• You are comfortable with structured documents, office and digital document management tools
• You have basic knowledge of MDR or FDA requirements
• You demonstrate rigour, analytical skills and a real taste for new technologies, while maintaining excellent interpersonal skills
