As a Production and/or Logistics Engineer Intern Continuous Improvement , you will study, propose and take charge of implementing a continuous improvement structure inspired by TPM (Total Performance Management) on production lines or in the logistics area.

How will you make an impact as a Production and/or Logistics Engineer Intern Continuous Improvement ?

• Analyse the performance indicator trends of your area (reliability, planned stops, minor stops, losses, blockages, …) in order to initiate problem-solving approaches or improvement projects and take the necessary actions to achieve the objectives
• Ensure the interface between production and/or logistics and the various departments and guarantee the follow-up, implementation and communication of improvement actions in your area
• Coordinate continuous improvement, TPM and digitalisation activities between teams and coach in the analysis and resolution of recurring problems
• Ensure the updating of procedures and standards and guarantee their application

What will make you successful

• Engineering school student
• Knowledge of continuous improvement and/or TPM tools
• Experience in the food industry (an asset)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Good communication skills.
