We are continuously expanding our Coop Pronto Shop and Coop Petrol Station network.
For our Marketing & Procurement department, we are looking for a committed, analytically strong and highly organised individual.
Specialist: Area Controlling & Partner Management 80-100%
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for controlling in the Marketing & Procurement area
- Creation, analysis and further development of reports and decision-making bases
- Ensuring cost and performance transparency
- Coordination and optimisation of control, target-setting and roadmap processes
- Further development of analytics and reporting tools
- Key user responsibility for relevant systems and processes
- Responsibility for partner management, supplier controlling and contract management
- Coordination of administrative, organisational and cross-departmental topics
- Taking on projects and special tasks on behalf of the department management
Requirements
- Commercial or business administration training with further education in controlling
- Several years of professional experience in controlling, reporting or a comparable environment
- Analytical thinking and strong numerical understanding
- Experience with reporting, key figures and relevant systems such as SAP or S/4HANA
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Structured, independent and precise working style
- Organisational talent, strong communication skills and confident appearance
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
