The Heart and Vascular Centre combines the university clinics of cardiology, angiology, as well as heart and vascular surgery. As a nationally leading centre in the diagnosis and treatment of heart and circulatory diseases, the offering includes the entire spectrum of interventional and surgical treatments.

What to expect

• You are responsible for the systematic development of nursing practice in the medical area
• You support and enable the nursing teams with the nursing experts of the medical area to ensure professional expertise in the practice field
• You are responsible for nursing quality and patient safety in the medical area within the shared governance model with nursing expertise as well as leadership and education
• You initiate and lead practice development projects and ensure their sustainable implementation in practice
• You promote interprofessional collaboration within the medical area as well as networking and cooperation with the nursing directorate

What you bring

• Education: Nursing diploma at tertiary level, certified nursing specialist HF or Bachelor in Nursing FH
• Master of Nursing Science
• Several years of professional experience as a nursing expert
• Leadership and project experience
• Teamwork skills, high social competence
• Holistic and networked way of thinking
• Strong communication skills
• Enjoyment of new challenges and interprofessional collaboration
