For one of our nursing homes, located on the heights of Lausanne, we are looking for a nurse at 100%

Your mission:

• Analyse situations, identify resources and set care objectives for residents in an interdisciplinary manner
• Participate in defining the organisation of the unit and supervise the activities of care staff
• Ensure professional communication with all stakeholders
• Be proactive by actively participating in improving care and support services and in conceptualising new projects

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (or equivalent qualification recognised by the Red Cross)
• Experience in geriatrics, psychogeriatrics or palliative care is an asset
• You appreciate interdisciplinary environments and contribute through your interpersonal skills to fostering constructive exchanges
• Organised and able to manage priorities, you can handle varied situations and demonstrate mutual support
• You are keen to enhance your skills, both clinical and transversal, to develop yourself and meet the challenges of the care sector
