About the job
Exciting tasks
- You coordinate and control energy billing for electricity consumption, feed-in, e-mobility and self-consumption communities
- You maintain customer and master data and work with our systems innosolvenergy and energyboard
- You process meter mutations and enter new electricity prices and tariffs
- You create consumption statistics
- You respond to customer enquiries regarding energy billing and support various energy topics
What you bring
- A commercial apprenticeship; experience in energy billing is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation and interest in the energy industry
- Proficient use of the MS Office suite
- Experience with billing or ERP systems Knowledge of IS-E (innosolvenergy) and Abacus is an advantage
- You have confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- Independent, reliable and structured way of working
- You are responsible, have organisational talent and enjoy working in a team
