Your role:
- Administrative and organisational management of the Lausanne site: mail, office coordination, equipment purchasing, monitoring internal needs, and contributing to the smooth daily running of the branch
- Direct support to your line manager and taking charge of certain tasks in their absence, notably regarding the monthly billing of services
- Monitoring client reminders, handling complaints, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure reliable and effective responses
- Processing incoming orders transmitted by sales and administrative follow-up of the necessary steps until their completion
- Telephone and written contact with clients, partners, and colleagues
- Participation in improving internal processes, small projects, and various specific administrative tasks
- A varied position in which you continuously develop your skills and contribute concretely to the success of the Lausanne site
What you bring:
Basic commercial training, ideally complemented by further educationAt least 2 years of professional experience in administration or a similar role
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written, as well as very good knowledge of German to communicate with our colleagues from German-speaking Switzerland and collaborate effectively with internal teams
- Enjoyment in interacting with people of varied profiles, good listening skills, and a positive, solution-oriented attitude
- A precise, reliable, and structured working method, as well as the ability to manage priorities and keep an overview when several files progress simultaneously
- Good learning ability and the desire to familiarise yourself with new tools, processes, and areas of activity
- An open, pragmatic, and team-oriented personality who enjoys collaborating and actively engaging in daily office life
