YOUR TASKS

• You look after our private patients in non-medical matters, organise and fulfil the wishes and needs of private patients
• You welcome and see off our private patients and are responsible for ensuring patient satisfaction as well as supporting the departments with complaints
• You maintain a good working atmosphere and optimal cooperation with all departments
• Administrative tasks and the management as well as active work with the CRM complete your task profile

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed training in the hotel industry or have several years of professional experience in guest relations
• You are a communicative, service-oriented and sociable personality
• You are proficient in using modern IT infrastructure and have an independent, reliable and customer-oriented way of working
• You enjoy working in a team and are flexibly deployable – your 70% workload is spread over 5 working days
• Flawless German skills in spoken and written form are required, any additional language is an advantage
