IT Specialist Digital Workplace (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You take over 1st and 2nd level support for M365 collaboration and IT applications
- As an IT Specialist Digital Workplace, you efficiently handle support tickets for faults and service requests
- You manage standard configurations and user accounts in M365, including onboarding and offboarding
- In this role, you implement new solutions operationally based on defined concepts and architectures
- You support rollouts of new applications and services in the digital workplace
- You train end users, provide everyday support, and participate in clearly defined project roles
Qualifications:
- Completed IT training (e.g. apprenticeship, technical school or comparable qualification)
- Initial experience in IT support at 1st and 2nd level
- Confident handling of M365, especially Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
- Basic knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Entra ID, Active Directory and Intune is desirable
- High service orientation and enjoyment in direct contact with users
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
