What is my role?

* You take on the professional responsibility for export matters - including checking, coordinating and processing export-relevant documents & processes * You maintain customer portals, master data and documents * You coordinate compliance requirements and review incoming NDAs, delivery conditions and contract documents * You are the interface between project management, customers, specialist departments & external partners * You support the sales team with administrative and organisational tasks * You process orders and documents professionally, punctually and customer-oriented

What do I need to be successful?

* Completed commercial training or comparable qualification * Further training as a foreign trade specialist or export specialist is an advantage * Several years of experience in internal sales, export and contract management * You review contract documents and requirements in a structured manner, recognise critical points and address them appropriately * Experience with customer portals and compliance documents; confident handling of MS Office, ERP/CRM experience is an advantage * Structured, precise and independent working style, high service orientation and enjoyment of customer contact * Very good German and English skills; French is an advantage
