You lead your professional services team technically, personally, and organisationally and develop employees purposefully.
You manage customer projects, migrations, rollouts, and technical initiatives from planning to handover.
You coordinate capacities, priorities, and dependencies and ensure reliable implementation.
You support complex technical situations and are also a competent contact person directly with customers.
You further develop our service organisation, optimise processes, and promote standards, knowledge transfer, and collaboration.
Qualifications:
You have a degree or higher education in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a related field.
You bring several years of practical experience in IT and ideally experience in leading technical teams.
You have solid know-how in Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and modern cloud services.
You think service-oriented, work in a structured manner, and have a good sense for efficient operating models.
You convince through empathy, decisiveness, and clear communication in German and English.
