Manufacturing and processing of demanding mechanical components
Setting up, operating, and monitoring various conventional and CNC-controlled machines
Independent processing of individual parts and small series
Creating, adjusting, and optimising CNC programmes
Setting up machines as well as selecting and changing tools
Reading and implementing technical drawings and manufacturing documents
Performing measurement, quality, and functional checks
Identifying and rectifying manufacturing deviations and technical faults
Optimising manufacturing processes and workflows
Carrying out maintenance and servicing work on machines and equipment
Participating in technical projects and continuous process improvement
Qualifications:
Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ or a comparable technical qualification
Professional experience in mechanical manufacturing
Good knowledge of CNC machining is an advantage
Confident handling of technical drawings and measuring instruments
Good technical understanding and manual dexterity
Precise, independent, and quality-conscious working style
Reliable and team-oriented personality
Enjoyment of varied technical tasks
Willingness to take responsibility and develop further
Very good German language skills
