Bicy is reinventing soft mobility in Switzerland: we offer an all-inclusive e-bike subscription (maintenance, insurance, assistance) with no long-term commitment, allowing everyone to ride without worrying about logistics. Our team combines customer service, bike logistics and digital tools to provide a simple and smooth experience for our subscribers.

As part of our growth, we are looking for a part-time administrative employee with good accounting basics (2 days/week) to support our team with administrative, accounting and customer service tasks.

Your tasks

• Bank reconciliation
• Entry of supplier and customer invoices
• Management and response to mail (physical and digital)
• Debtor management, in collaboration with our debt collection agency
• Good accounting knowledge: ability to perform manual entries and knowledge of basic accounting rules
• Handling customer requests (after-sales service): responding to enquiries, following up cases
• Use of artificial intelligence tools to improve daily efficiency

Profile sought

• Training or experience in administration/accounting (CFC, apprenticeship or equivalent)
• Rigour, organisational skills and autonomy
• Good interpersonal skills, comfortable with written communication with clients and partners
• Comfortable with IT tools; comfortable with AI or willing to learn to use it in daily work
• Interest in soft mobility or cycling is a real plus to understand our subscribers
• Good level of French; German or English is an asset
